Homes sit on 1-2 acre lots and are located along Caudill Lane with on offshoot street and a cul de sac at the end, so traffic through the community is minimal. Some of the homes back to Little Barton Creek, which is a wet weather creek that provides a more natural setting despite being so close to Bee Cave and Austin.
