The Estates of Sawyer Ranch is a newer, luxury acreage lot community built off of Sawyer Ranch Road just south of Belterra. David Weekley Homes built the community from 2018-2021 and included many high end finishes that you’d expect in much more expensive homes. As the first buyers have lived there for a few years, we’re seeing more pools and improvements to the outdoor living areas, so being the second owner might save you time and money having those amenities already built. The majority of the lots are right around 1 acre, with one as large as 3 acres. Homes are on the larger side, ranging from 2,760-4,575 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms. The majority of the floor plans are one story but with the lot sizes, you still get ample space between your neighbor. Outside you can expect great curb appeal with stone, brick and/or stucco facades.
