Forest Oaks is a neighborhood of small (700-1,100 sqft) 1950’s bungalows just south of Ben White Blvd. Residents are attracted to the mature landscaping each property has as well as the 1/4-1/3 acre lots you won’t find in neighborhoods north of Ben White. Many of the homes resemble what you’d find in Travis Heights or Hyde Park, but are 25-50% of the price, making Forest Oaks a value for someone looking for a home with character near Downtown but doesn’t want to pay more than they have to.
