Located just north of the intersection of 1826 and Nutty Brown Road, Friendship Ranch is a community of custom homes on large, 2-5+ acre lots. You’ll find rolling hills, which provides Texas Hill Country views at a lot of the home sites. Because the homes are custom built, you’ll get a wide variety of architectural style and finish out, though you will see some themes with features that were popular in the 1990s in the homes that have not been updated.
