Legend Oaks Neighborhood Amenities
The Community Recreation Center is the social hub of the community. Amenities include a swimming pool and cabana, covered playscape and tennis court, picnic tables and BBQ grills. The Latta Branch Greenbelt and Williamson Creek wind its way through the middle of the neighborhood. The swimming pool is a favorite summer time recreational facility with lap swimming in the mornings and open swim the rest of the day. You’ll also find separate shallow areas for small children complete with fountain, bubblers and water falls. Showers and bathroom facilities are available in the cabana for members. The tennis court was resurfaced in 2010 when the facility was re-equipped.
