Luxury homes in Madrone Canyon have a modern farmhouse style to them with higher end finishes and most with pools built during construction, which is something you don’t see often. Custom builders like Ames Design Build, Eppright Homes and Sendero Homes built spec homes to sell upon completion versus custom homes from scratch. Homes sit on large, 3/4-1 acre lots, so even though homes are 4,800 square feet, on average, you still have ample space from your neighbor. You can also expect at least a three car garage, with some homes even having four car garages, making it ideal for someone who has more cars or who wants some extra storage space.
