Malone is a new neighborhood of homes built by popular national builder, Lennar Homes. The neighborhood broke ground in early 2019 and pricing starts in the high $300k’s. Homes range in size from about 1,500 – 2,500 sqft and have 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Southwest Austin is exploding and the builder is putting quite a bit of inventory on the ground for Summer 2019 completion, which should help offset some of the demand for new homes in Austin. Residents will enjoy access to a playground, park and dog park and are within a few minutes drive of Mary Moore Searight Park for trails and more open space. If you’re looking for new construction in South Austin and want to stay as close to Slaughter Lane as you can, Malone is a great place to start your search.
