Parten is a new community on the Driftwood/Southwest Austin border off 1826 south of Nutty Brown Rd. Built exclusively by Village Builders, Parten homes start in the high $700k’s and climb to the $1.3MM’s. Lots are between 65 and 85 feet wide, so homes are not right on top of each other. The neighborhood was quick to sell out, so 2021 was the last year you could find new homes. But, if you’re looking for newer construction off 1826 in the highly rated Dripping Springs ISD and don’t need a brand new home, Parten might be a great place to start your search.
