Meritage Homes, Newmark Homes and Plantation Homes, the three builders responsible for building The Ridge at Lantana, broke ground in 2005. Lot sizes due tend to vary quite a bit based on where you are located in the neighborhood. Downtown is only a few miles up the road and you can easily head up for an afternoon at the park, or for one of Austin’s music festivals Austin City Limits or South by Southwest. When there’s nothing going on at either of these parks, head up there to go on a run at Town Lake Trail or picnic in the park.
