Homes sit on at least 1/2 acre lots, which is rare for new construction in Austin, and is one of the reasons this neighborhood sold out so quickly. Vista Verde is known for its mature oak trees, energy efficient homes, low tax rate (1.7007% as of 2021) and highly rated schools.
