Lakehurst is one of Spicewood’s original lakefront communities and also one of the closest to Lakeway and Austin. Some homes date back to the 1950s and others were built within the last few years. Many of the waterfront lots span 250+ feet of Lake Travis shoreline and have modest homes, making them ideal for someone who wants their own piece of the lake but doesn’t need a huge house. Lakehurst is also not bound by an HOA, so you do have more flexibility in terms of the type of home you build.
