Jonestown Waterfront Home Buying Tip
If you’re looking for a home with a boat dock, you’ll need to check out each home in Jonestown to make sure the terrain is what you’re looking for. Some homes are technically “waterfront” because the property line goes to Lake Travis. However, there are some areas of Jonestown where the terrain is so steep you won’t be able to get down to the Lake. Some home owners have gotten around this by building elaborate staircases, but its not possible in every case. If you’re looking for flatter lots, you’ll find more of those on the Austin side.
