Located just off Westlake Drive south of the 360 Bridge, Tierra Madrones is the perfect spot for someone who wants a large lot (most are just over 1 acre), spacious homes, spectacular views and easy access to 360, Westlake and the Austin Country Club. Sitting atop one of West Austin’s highest elevations, many of the homes have panoramic views of Lake Austin, the 360 bridge and the rest of the city, a feature which attracts many of it’s residents. Tierra Madrones is considered one of Austin’s most prestigious neighborhoods and most people don’t move from the neighborhood once they’re lucky enough to find a home there.
